We are looking for a motivated, energetic Sales Manager to join our high-performing team in Nelson for an immediate start!
The Car Company is the largest used vehicle dealership in the top of the South Island, with over 400 vehicles in stock and the highest sales volume in the region. This is not a quiet branch role — it’s a busy, rewarding sales environment where effort directly translates into income.

What we’re looking for: We are less concerned about where you have sold before, and more interested in how you sell.
The right person will have:
- Proven sales ability (automotive preferred, but not essential)
- Confidence speaking with a wide range of people
- Strong work ethic and willingness to follow a structured sales process
- Resilience and drive in a high-volume environment
- Some computer literacy and ability to learn dealership systems
- A full NZ driver’s licence
- Legal right to work in New Zealand
You must be coachable, competitive in the right way, and comfortable being accountable to targets.
